As a former client of Dozier Law Group, I want to take this opportunity to comment publicly and share my thoughts and feelings about the firm and the attorney who handled my case, Brad Dozier. Mr. Dozier is a unique and exceptional lawyer. Throughout the course of a multi-year fight, he was tireless, fearless and relentless. In addition to his years of experience and his knowledge of the law, what I found truly remarkable was his focused attention, level of dedication, and intense personal commitment to my case. Mr. Dozier spent countless hours communicating with me, discussing various aspects of my case, keeping me up to date on important developments, encouraging and supporting me emotionally, contacting potential witnesses, developing and preserving important evidence, and doing whatever was necessary to position my case for a great result. He was never unavailable or out of contact. He was proactive, consistent and extremely persistent in representing me against a company who expressed no interest in taking any accountability for the harmful actions of its personnel. If I had to rate Dozier Law Group on a scale of 1-10, I would absolutely give them a 10. This is based on a combination of things: their encyclopedic knowledge of the law, a willingness to go above and beyond what is required, uncompromising advocacy for clients, genuine concern for their clients’ welfare, consistent responsiveness to calls and e-mails, and they are just really good people to deal with. I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience at this law firm. During my consultation with “Brad,” I found his communication style to be passive-aggressive and dismissive. Several of his remarks were particularly concerning, including the statement: “The rich have always treated the poor horribly. It’s been going on for thousands of years, that’s how the system is and always will be,” followed by the suggestion that if I wanted to be treated fairly, I should “start my own business.” As someone seeking legal guidance during a difficult time, I expected professionalism, objectivity, and empathy. Instead, I felt discouraged and unheard. I was advised that I did not have a case, yet after consulting with another attorney who carefully evaluated the details, I was informed that I do, in fact, have a viable claim. I do not write reviews lightly, but I believe others should be aware of my experience. I strongly encourage prospective clients to thoroughly evaluate their options before retaining this firm. Note: While I was not retained as a client, I did have a phone consultation with “Brad” of the firm, which is the basis of my review. A consultation is still a professional interaction, and the tone and statements made during that call are what I addressed. Describing my feedback as a misunderstanding or emotional reaction avoids accountability for how the communication was handled. I have also noticed a pattern in the firm’s responses to negative reviews; rather than openly acknowledging a person’s experience, the tone often comes across as defensive, minimizing feedback and shifting responsibility onto the reviewer. This mirrors the passive-aggressive communication style I experienced during my consultation, as well as concerns expressed in other negative reviews. My review reflects my direct experience, and I stand by it.

If competence, precision, persistence, consistent follow-through and delivering on promises is the measure of a law firm, Dozier Law Group is a standout firm. As a client, attorney Brad Dozier has done some remarkable work for me. I would recommend Mr. Dozier and his law firm to anyone who needs an experienced, caring and committed attorney to handle their case.
