I hired Tim to represent me in a divorce right when the pandemic began in 2020. Throughout the next 2 years, Tim had been guiding me through the processes of mediation, and the appointment of a G.A.L. Tim was in communication with me throughout the whole process, was an advocate for fathers rights, and also kept the belief of what was best for my daughter. Tim’s goal was to do what was in the best interest of my daughter, then what was in my best interest. Tim was affordable, fair, and flexible in the billing process. Without Tim, I feel that I may not have gotten the representation needed for my daughter to have me as the sole custodian parent. There were a few times when certain issues arose that I was either not fully versed or comfortable dealing with without advice from counsel, Tim always would take the time to talk to me, explaining to me clearly and concisely to ensure my understanding. Never talking down, but rather talking more of like a friend to make certain I understood. Getting a divorce and custody issues are never easy, throw in a pandemic, the sitting Judge sadly having to take a medical leave from the case and a new Judge taking over the case. Tim helped the transition to be smooth and successful.
