Just sharing an update it was going good but just in the last stretch of the case the outcome hasn’t been positive hopefully that changes for the better,as of now am still waiting for payment.

Dealing with an insurance claim can be stressful and confusing, but Katie's patience, knowledge, and willingness to help have made the process much easier. She has been responsive whenever I have needed assistance and has demonstrated a genuine commitment to providing excellent service. This law firm feels like a scam and has done nothing but wast my time while in a very desperate situation. Despite sustaining injuries while driving a client and seeking urgent care at your suggestion, I have received no guidance regarding my medical treatment or assistance with my vehicle and rental car. My insurance carrier is unable to proceed because of the total lack of communication from your office. I have sent eight emails and left eight messages and now with a call center, yet I have received no response, and I have still not spoken with an attorney after 11 days. Furthermore, I find it highly unprofessional that your voicemail remains full and inaccessible. I asking for a drop notice immediately!

I called Eisenberg Law Group after a fall at the dentist office. It started out great but then they ghosted me. I kept trying to reach my case manager to no avail for several weeks. Then out of the blue they decided to drop my case without informing me. I do not recommend this company due to my recent experience.
