My experience with Mohamed Eldessouky was exceptionally great they where always keeping me on the loop and always making sure I was comfortable and ok what ever decisions I was making and what was best they guided you all the way thru. I can see from your profile you have left at least FIVE 1-star reviews for different law firms all in Orange County within a matter of weeks. <br>Because you don't have an actual name associated with your profile I am unable to properly address you in our response or check our records to see how we can help. <br>It's unlikely that each and every law firm provided such terrible service to warrant such a bad rating. I hope you can understand each office gets many calls and we ask for patience in getting back. Also, just because a law firm does not take your case does not mean they deserve a bad rating. These are law firms that must consider the facts, law, and risks to all parties. It is not a place that sells a product to simply claim they have "bad customer service". Here you were never a client to see how we treat our clients. We wish you the best of luck. <br>

Called and spent 30 minutes on the phone with them, gave them all my case information, and they never called back. Oh well.

Hi Ruben, you don't mention who you spoke to over the phone, or exactly when you called so it's hard to know how accurate this review is. We checked our records and see someone by the name of Ruben called a couple weeks ago and mentioned they were already working with an attorney. We also note that we were waiting to hear back regarding a release from said attorney. We did call this number back to verify but we got no answer to our voicemail. We pride ourselves on getting back to not just all our clients, but those that seek a free consultation. I see your review does mention we provided 30 minutes to you for free to hear you out. If for whatever reason we did not respond as quickly as you expected, you were always free to call us and provide an update on your situation. If you still assistance, feel free to give us a call.

I was wrongfully terminated and had to hire an attorney. Through a google search I fortunately found Eldessouky law firm to which I’m so very grateful that I did. I’m so impressed at how my case was handled. There was no stone left unturned, every detail was paid attention to. The firm fought for my case and finally the case resolved in my favor. If you are looking for an employment law attorney, Mr. Eldessouky is the attorney to go to!

From the moment I stepped into Eldessouky Law, my grandmother and I were greeted with the warm staff who works there. Everyone we encountered there were very helpful and informative. The staff was able to communicate everything in such a manner that we could understand. I was nervous when I first entered the office, this being the first time that I have ever sued anyone. However, everyone made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I am satisfied with how everything turned out and if I ever need a lawyer again, I will definitely be returning to Eldessouky Law for assistance.
