0 start if posibble . Bad experince and still dealing with it now.. After the fees were paid for and everything is paid and done. Ive been waiting on a call back or paper work for the guardian ship that was approved to me by judge. for 3 months and no response. I called plenty of times and no call back or any communication. I had a lawyer assigned to me that wasn't a lawyer yet. And a different person showed up on the zoom call that I never met. And since then I never heard anything from anyone stil. I had spend over 2 month calling to follow up on the filling that wasn't done and forgotten. This is not professional at all. And I hope this review will get the office to reply and call me back and give me the paperwork that was approved to me by a court judge.

Their service was excellent; they were very respectful, helpful, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. The experience was comfortable, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Very disappointing, good on social media but cant set up a specific appointment wants to collect the money and expect a call in 5-7 days. So if ur driving or you dont have your stuff together there goes your money wasted. Best of luck

Unfortunately, my experience with this attorney was very disappointing. All she cares about is taking money from clients, and she does not follow up on the paperwork or the case. Communication is very poor, and there is no real interest in helping the client or keeping them updated. In particular, Sherry was unprofessional and did not keep her promises or properly follow up on my case. I do not recommend working with her at all

My overall connection and experience with Nisreen was very very good. She supported all the way through to our Green Card starting till completion process. Elsharnoby law firm Sterling Heights office staff needs to work a lot on customer service. They need to understand sense of urgency and follow up cases feel like to put themselves in customer shoes. People looking for an update on their cases that’s it. They have a lot of improvements opportunities.
