Janice Langbehn was consistently responsive and prompt in all communications. She demonstrated a strong understanding of my time constraints and specific circumstances, for which I was very appreciative. Her services helped me achieve the outcome I needed. I regret not having known of her services a couple of years prior, at a time when I needed representation. I confidently recommend her. Should the need arise, I would gladly seek her professional services again.

I am surprised to see such good things shared about Kevin Rundle on these reviews. I am a hard working professional when it comes to communication and justice. Kevin and his Paralegal Andrea have done nothing but mis guide the court and then turn around and do the opposite of what we agreed on in court. He believes what he says goes and will force you into unnecessary high conflict situations, and probably framed it as your best interest to keep his pocket paid. He has dilberately made it so my case would not be heard, threatened me with slander in order to come to an agreement, and used his connections in the family law, non chalant attitude, and misinterpreting of facts and timelines to negate due process. If your other party hires Kevin Rundle prepare to be lied to and about throughout the whole case. And his paralegal Andrea seems to be picking up fast, concern of the credibility of the entire culture of this firm. I will be reporting him to the WSBA with proper documentation to support my claims.As I believe he should not be in family law. Go over to civil matters or something, Our children need advocates, not money hungry vultures that increase conflict in the parties and Obstructs Justice by jumping around calenders and voiding due processes.

I truly cannot thank Jonathan and his team enough for everything they did for me during one of the hardest times in my life. Going through a divorce is emotionally exhausting, and as a minority without family support here, it was also incredibly isolating and frightening. There were many moments when I felt alone and unsure of how I would protect myself and my children. From the very beginning, Jonathan made me feel protected, heard, and supported. One moment I will never forget was my first temporary orders hearing. My ex-spouse’s attorney was very aggressive and intimidating, and it was an incredibly stressful experience. I was qouted 3 to 6k by a local attorney after I had already consulted with Kevin Rundle at Envision, I decided to stick with Kevin and pay a bit more thinking I would get better representation, Boy was I wrong ! I Recieved Horrible Representation, There was no law broken, He and his helper completely dropped the ball ! Charged me Alot more, Atleast 3x the money, quoted me around 6k and eventually exceeded that by over 10k They submitted my crucial evidence and proof to the court blurry as in unable to read and make out the requested dates ! My wife was up all night getting these exhibits together for them And then in court Kevin fumbled through my case like he was looking at it for the first time. I was found in contempt of a parenting plan when I clearly was not in contempt, had my case reviewed by a Judge, the Judge made a comment about how she couldn't read an important form, opposing council offered to give her a clear copy kevin said nothing when this form was one of the several proving I didn't do what I was being accused of, I was supposidly rufunded a small portion and offered another $ 500.00 wich is peanuts in comparison to what ive spent., This also did not help the next support modification hearing. I am Very un happy and upset that my ex can mislead the court with lies and get away with it , now im responsible for her attorney fees which are (luckily Alot less than mine) a sanction, the negligence This firm committed caused injustice and financial burden ! contemplating what to do next.

Janice and Michelle went above and beyond to help me in my divorce. They were professional, efficient, kind, and treated me like a person and not just a client. My divorce case started under unfortunate circumstances and Kevin and his team moved quickly to get me in front of a judge. Going through a high conflict divorce, it was important to have someone who knew all the best options, and how to deal with opposition. After the first paralegal I was working with had moved on to another company, I was paired with someone else who I felt wasn't communicating well or being responsive, Kevin immediately switched me to another a paralegal no questions asked. While my divorce was longer than I expected, the only reason it was finalized was because Kevin knew how to keep it moving.

My ex husband hired Envision, and was originally represented by Daniela Lazar. She knew he is an abuser, yet she fought tooth and nail to cover that up and try to take my kids from me- not ask for fair custody- take them entirely. I have raise my kids for 14 years and she thought it was appropriate to rip them from their home and order supervised visitation. It’s one thing to fight for your client to get fair custody and another to ignore facts, lie under oath, victim shame and support abusers, putting those children in danger. I would never want to hire a firm without integrity. Not to mention, wildly expensive and they still didn’t win his case for him. My kids went through hell because this firm lacks integrity. His new attorney is no better. Her words in court, knowing full well the extreme abuse her client has put me through (I’m talking black eyes, broken facial bones, etc) “now that there is no man in the home, ms Thompson has turned to abusing her children”- DISGUSTING. This firm should be ashamed. All they care about is the money. My ex husband has spent probably close to 60k…. For poor legal advice, and corrupt attorneys.

This law firm turned into a nightmare for me. Nothing was ever done to help me and I ended up being in severe debt with no answers and still currently in court. And now without a lawyer. After my ex was ordered to help pay for lawyer fees, Mr. Moffit immediately released me when I did not pay the fees personally (after already dumping thousands of dollars into him) Since then I have received absolutely Nothing that was ordered in the temporary order with the judge and have not heard personally from Mr. Moffit. The moment he lost his case he completely backed out and left me in the dark with zero answers and no help. My case was an unusual one but I wasn’t a waste of time and I should’ve been represented fairly.

Mr. Moffitt and his team saved my life and helped restore my relationship with my 4 year old daughter. My divorce and family case took a year to finally settle and avoided an expensive trial. I truly believe God provided me with the right  lawyer for my case and defended me with unmoved faith and skill to fight for me. Before hiring Jonathan, I attempted to protect myself from my ex husband’s vengeance.  I attempted to get a DVPO for myself and was denied due to lack of evidence. My ex husband was military had served me a DVPO a few days before Christmas. This made me homeless and no contact with my daughter. I was devasted that I lost everything. He cut me off all resources and I could not find anyone to represent me for hearing on January 3rd.  After his DVPO went through, I was desperate for help. I consulted with others and Jonathan stood out to me. From the consultation, he assured me that he was experienced with high conflict divorces. Jonathan was able terminated the unwarranted DVPO. Hearing after hearing, he fought for me and was able to hold my ex accountable. Divorce is either painful or excuratting painful. I highly recommend Mr. Moffitt and his team to represent anyone that is going through a high conflict divorce.

I worked with Janice to get my parenting plan changed for a move to a different school district. Her and her staff were professional, responded to my emails quickly and got the paperwork done quickly. I was very happy with their work. This is my 2nd time hiring this firm and I will retain their services in the future should I need legal help!

I had the pleasure having Kevin as my attorney. Him and his paralegal Erin, where absolutely amazing to work with. They always made sure to keep my expectations in check and always answered my emails as quickly as possible. If you want great representation who are going to represent you as best as possible they are easily the best option available in my opinion.
