Knowledgeable efficient and effective
Eric M Stevens gave me illegal notices filled with lies and exaggerations. He advised Catholic Charities to refuse my rent payments then sent a collections letter and summons for eviction based on non payment of rent. I paid. They returned it. He is crooked.
I had a simple question regarding landlord's responsibilities and sub leading. Eric got back to me very quickly and gave me the information which I required. Such speedy service ....totally unheard of in today's society. A strong recommendation here
