Lawyer jesse bustillos worked with me for a little bit over a year yet did nothing on my case, rarely responded back, charges you if you call and have a question and they dont even allow you to talk and try to keep the call under 2 minutes, never meet him, when i had a question on my case he never had any documents on it or information as if he wasn't even interested in any of it.

Amanda J Spencer, wasted a whole year from my husband to cancel his case at the last moment with no explanation.

Amanda Spencer is the worst lawyer, she dropped a case the exact same day my family had the hearing. If they assign her to your case drop her immediately! She is in the San Antonio office but if you call the number for El Paso they still give her cases from here.

I really liked how this Law Firm treated me. A special thanks to Herman Zabala for explaining me the process of workers comp and what my rights are. Since my injury was a minor injury I didnt feel I would have to get an attorney, but Herman explained to me my rights and how Workers Comp works. Thank you once again.
