Although Attorney Atlman was not able to take up my case. He took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I would highly recommend attorney Atlman.

Mr.Altman and Soraya are the best! From the moment I sat down with Mr.Altman he was respectful, patient and informative. They guided me through my bankruptcy process with ease. They were very prompt with filing my documents and getting me a court date. No matter how many questions arise they were there via telephone, email or text. I would recommend choosing Mr. Altman and I will definitely retain his services again if needed.

Evan Altman is inexperience and this is the reason he subcontracts out jobs, so if the other Attorneys he subcontracted them out to are busy, he will drop the case after he hold it to the last minute, this is my personal experience with this man. I would not recommend him as an Attorney.

We recognize that Mr. Gayle is upset and distraught about the conclusion we reached related to pursuing the tragic case she brought to our firm, for which we are sorry and do understand the emotions and frustration involved. However, her portrayal of what she claims occurred above is just inaccurate and minimizes all that was done on her behalf. We had explained from the beginning that it was a very difficult case to win. We did not delay on this case. It took a great deal of time to research the facts and law related to this type of case. Additional experienced counsel was also associated to help in the case evaluation process. After finally obtaining the legal and factual information needed we determined that the likelihood of success in the pursuit of this case was extremely problematic. Accordingly, per our fee agreement we regrettably opted to withdraw. We did make sure all appropriate actions were taken to preserve Ms. Gayle's claim which included sending out appropriate notices to third parties. We made sure Ms. Gayle had at least five months to contact alternate counsel of her choosing to pursue the claim where she can still timely pursue the claim if she wants. We repeatedly tried to call and email Ms. Gayle to further discuss the matter without response. We welcome Ms. Gayle to contact us for further explanation if she so desires and wish her well if she decides to proceed with alternate counsel on this action

Evan is truly the BEST.. I had a potentially huge issue with my bank that was going from bad to worse.. I found Evan on Google and immediately rang him on a Friday afternoon very distressed. He took time to listen to me and accommodated me the next afternoon (on a Saturday).. He immediately got to work on Monday, even taking my calls while on vacation.. I am indebted to Evan and his professionalism handling my case. He knows the FinLaw, he was responsive and Empathetic (the human element was not missing). I highly recommend him with no reservations.
