We hired Evergreen July of 2025 during a difficult time, needing services to acquire a POA as our parents were unable to take care of themselves. The POA was done in July and we had received no other services since then. They required $8500.00 be put down and any funds not used would be refunded. We had made multiple attempts to contact them via phone and emails, as well as going to the office here in Kennewick only to find out that they were no longer located at the Kennewick office. Nobody ever answers when you call no matter what time of the day. We emailed multiple times with no response until we said we were going to take legal action if they didn’t contact us immediately. They finally replied that they were sending a check in the mail. We got an itemized bill that makes absolutely no sense and a refund of $129.00. They have had no regard for anyone but themselves and made this difficult time even worse. We regret trusting them. Please think twice before hiring them.

Absolutely the worst people to deal with! My mother-in-law passed away and we needed the original will they had written. Tried calling everyday for over a weeks time but always got voicemail . Leaving messages each time and never getting a return call. I'd highly recommend finding another firm to deal with.
