Response to response: I am not confusing law firms. Joshua Lucherini did represent my significant other, case number 254902857 . During the course of the case, evidence was provided to him, but it was not presented. After the matter concluded, he sent all of the evidence we had provided back to us via FedEx. ——————————— If your case is very straightforward and requires minimal involvement, this attorney may be a reasonable option. However, if your matter is complex, requires careful attention to detail, or involves serious allegations, I would not recommend him. We retained Joshua Lucherini for a protective order case that was based on false allegations and used as a tactic for a child custody grab. We provided a well-organized and thorough folder of evidence that directly contradicted those claims and continued to supply additional documentation as the case progressed. Unfortunately, none of the evidence we provided was presented at the hearing. He stated he knew the commissioner well and she would not read through the evidence because she was very back and white. Communication throughout the case was poor, which was acknowledged by a third party involved. From the outset, the objective was to have the protective order dismissed in full. That outcome was not achieved, not because the evidence was lacking, but because it was never utilized. Despite having all necessary materials to challenge the allegations, the attorney allowed the opposing party to control the narrative, leaving us to deal with the consequences. At our final hearing, when we again requested that the evidence be presented, we were told: “You can present it to the commissioner if you want, but it’s going to come back on you. I’ve been doing this for over 14 + years.” With that level of experience, we expected stronger advocacy, better preparation, and clearer guidance. Instead, we felt unsupported and unheard. If you are seeking an attorney who will be proactive, thorough, and fully invested in your case, this was not our experience. We were left feeling that only the bare minimum was done.
