Four months and don't even have a case number ! My case such be relatively easy as I don't have any assets to speak of. Just statements about lawyers having to go over my documents. Seems to me a day would be sufficient to cover my documents.

There communication on their end is sad. I been calling all day at first they was good after that TRASH I been calling all day no response no nothing just a text saying someone going to contact you but still nothing I wouldn’t recommend nobody working with them at all They are charging you all this money to help you with your financial needs and to file for bankruptcy, but refused to get back with you. Communication is so terrible. you’re in customer service, treat people better and most of all, do your damn job and their won’t be an issue! If you are looking to file bankruptcy, find another attorney who will at least communicate with you and do their job they are paid to do!

I definitely am not satisfied because I hired them for my bankruptcy at first I thought they knew was they was doing not only did I get stuck with a loan from a car financing company but my bankruptcy wasn’t a fresh start because I still have to pay off a loan which my lawyers should’ve told me that I didn’t need to sign no contract if you are up to date with payments but they didn’t so now I’m stuck at square one again and it’s not fair to me that I wasn’t rightly informed about a chapter 7 bankruptcy so now I have to pay these peoples and still don’t gave no car they took they car with my property still in the inside so I’m really furious with this company
