I retained Mike after a car accident where I was injured after being rear ended by an uninsured party- I needed help understanding my options and needed to focus on my treatment. He was very responsive, took care of the situation quickly and professionally and successfully resolved the entire matter in a very short period of time. He is honest and straightforward. Highly recommend.
Mr. Falkowski is an Excellent Attorney. Unfortunately, I was Rear ended 2 times within 5 weeks. The 2nd insurance company tried saying all of my injuries came from the 1st accident, when clearly the MRI from the 2nd accident showed new damage. Without a Very Intelligent and Experienced Lawyer like Mike Falkowski I wouldn’t have received a penny. They denied the claim, and he filed suit on them and they changed their tune. He was quickly able to resolve this matter with payouts of the policy limits on both claims. Mr. Falkowski is straight forward and extremely professional. You can reach him on his cellphone 24 hours a day. Unlike large law firms that you see on tv, you can usually walk into his office and see him without an appointment or even call him directly, unless he is in court, which with Mike Falkowski, he’s handling 10+ cases at a time, and usually is resolved without having to go to court! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. FALKOWSKI. He is a Great Attorney and a really great guy. Not to mention, You will NOT find ANY Better $ RATE $ Than his. IT’S A DOUBLE WIN FOR YOU!!!!!!!
