Not impressed!! No communication skills and lack of caring for the elderly and their families.

I hope all calls are recorded. Just called and spoke with Ruth. She was very rude to my father and I. Very condescending and showed zero compassion regarding a highly sensitive topic. I was a receptionist for 5 years, if I spoke to a costumer the way Ruth spoke to my father and I, I would be fired. It’s called family first and I call about a family death and get treated with zero compassion. Sad.

I have had excellent experiences with this firm.. They have helped me through working out financial issues for both me and my late husband to receive the best elder care services possible. They continue to be supportive and I have worked with several of their team all who show the same dedication, spirit and intellect in obtaining successful results.
