Getting divorce sucks. It just does. It was stressful for me and, at the outset, I was worried a lot about the process and potential outcomes, and I continued to delay starting what absolutely needed to start. I had a complicated case that wasn't easy to explain to a law office. I'm so glad I called Family Law San Diego. They were with me every step and they got in my opinion what the best possible outcome could have been and in the end it was way more tolerable than I could have ever imagined. Linda V. was my ally through it all and a fantastic attorney. Anyone would be lucky to have her in their corner.

I reached out to San Diego Law because I'm having issues with my noncooperative ex-spouse and current attorney. Mr. Klueck took the time and made the effort to hear my story and concerns with compassion which made me feel heard. After my consultation, I felt reassured that by retaining this law firm, my interests (time, money, emotional) would be protected. Based on first impressions alone, I'd encourage anyone experiencing a difficult dissolution to at least schedule a consultation. Thank you, Mr. Kluek and team! I can't wait to work with you!
I highly recommend Family Law San Diego , They listened to what I wanted and gave me their advice, but at the end, they proceed with exactly I wanted to do, thank you
We had a few hiccups along the way, but the team at Family Law San Diego—Bryan, Tony, and Cosmo—came through when it mattered most. Bryan was steady and sharp, Tony kept everything organised and on track, and Cosmo—just by being his sweet, tail-wagging self—made every visit better. They work as a true team, balancing professionalism with heart, and their persistence made all the difference. In the end, we reached an outcome that felt fair and well-earned, and I’m genuinely grateful for their support.
Calling for a consultation was amazing. I requested online and was called within 2 hours. The right questions were asked, the process was explained thoroughly and setting an in person appointment was great. Looking forward to working with FLSD.
My initial consultation with Family Law San Diego went above and beyond my expectations. Mr Klueck gave me ample time and answered questions unique to my situation. Not only that, I was impressed with his level of expertise and experience in both complicated and straightforward matters, as well the affordability of the services this firm provides. I would highly recommend consider Family Law San Diego as a “first stop” for anyone wanting help with family law needs. Thank you again!
From the very beginning, I made every effort to be organized, communicative, and proactive in preparing for my case. I reached out multiple times before my hearing asking for clarification and reassurance that we were moving forward in a strong, appropriate way. Despite my effort—even providing detailed documentation and organized notes for my case—I was ignored. I was encouraged to come in for several sit-down conversations that went nowhere, just unproductive talks I was billed for. By the time of my hearing, my attorney seemed to recall less than half the information I had shared. This felt completely unprofessional and left me feeling hopeless.
My lawyer didn’t stand up for me in court and allowed me to enter the hearing completely unprepared, including for questioning. When I expressed frustration about the outcome and their lack of preparation, I was strung along for months with promises of a resolution, only to be told they wouldn’t do anything. They dismissed my concerns and claimed the court’s decisions were simply outside their control. If this is their “best,” they should not be in business.
This firm promotes itself as Christian-based and family-focused, but my experience was the opposite. I started with a case in good standing and ended up in a far worse position legally, financially, and emotionally. If you’re looking for a lawyer who will truly care about your safety, your children, and your case—and actually stand up for you in court—this is not the firm for you.
I too want to add to the chorus of "stay away from this firm." They are very good at collecting your money and holding on to it and awful in terms of following up on matters and providing good legal services. Everyone seems to meet Bud in the beginning, and they talk to you like you are in grade school. After that, I ended up working 95% of the time with a para legal. If they say they will get back to you at the end of the week, assume it will be two weeks and only when you call back. Do yourself a favor...don't use this firm!
