Total professionals !! I can say nothing but great things about John Fiore and his staff . Always on top of everything and John always takes my calls when he is available and if he’s not, he calls me back as soon as he can . I am so happy I fired my other firm and went with John . I was a client of Fanning & Fiore and had two cases with them. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this law office. At first, things seemed to be going well — my medical bills were covered and I received compensation for time I couldn’t work. I rarely contacted the office, only checking in every few months. I once called and spoke with Phil. I asked him about my cases to which he responded dismissively with “I already told you that,” even though I hadn’t spoken to him in months. Later in a future call, I was shocked to learn from the office that both of my cases had been closed without my knowledge or consent. When I raised this directly with the lawyer, he told me my case was not closed and that he had seen cases remain open for years. He offered no apology for the misinformation or the unprofessional behavior of his staff. To make matters worse, I even had an email blocked from someone in their office. Despite always treating them with respect and patience, I was met with dishonesty and disrespect. That is unacceptable and unprofessional. I ultimately decided to change lawyers. In my opinion, Fanning & Fiore are not worth working with.
