My experience with this firm has been extremely disappointing. They almost never reply to emails, and when I finally got them on the phone, the only thing they wanted to talk about was how much their fees were — ranging from $7,000 to $10,000. Not once did I feel like they cared about me, my case, or even taking the time to explain anything. It became very clear that their priority was money, not their clients. Communication was poor, professionalism was lacking, and the entire interaction left me feeling frustrated and ignored. If you’re looking for attorneys who actually value your concerns and provide real guidance, I would recommend staying far away from this firm.

Angels come in many forms. After working with attorneys for over 42 years, I never imagined I’d ever say that I loved one, but I love Jane Oatman for what she’s done in my personal matter. She turned every stone, flipped every page, and climbed every mountain to accomplish my disability retirement goal. I was prepared to give up, but she pursued, trudging through the mud, researching the law, evaluating the opposition, utilizing her education, training, and experience to win my case to include several years of back pay. Trust me as someone who has observed hundreds of attorneys in hundreds of hearings and trials, she knows her stuff! She’s no pushover and will pull no punches and knows an uphill battle when she sees one, but I think that feeds her. She is my angel, and she will be yours, too!

Ms. Oatman was patient with me on all actions pertaining to my case. She always got back with me timely with all my questions and reassured I had full understanding of the process. Jane Oatman treated my case with tremendous consideration, patience, and professionalism. I retained the services of Faunce Singer & Oatman a few years back and was thrilled with the outcome of my case and the attorney who took care of me. Jane Oatman is top notch. Fast forward to a year ago, my police officer friend was in need of an attorney and asked for a referral. Of course I sent him to FS&O. He's as pleased with their firm as I was. I knew they wouldn't let him down but when you recommend someone, especially when so much is at stake, you can't help but worry a bit. I am just so happy it worked out for him and really can't thank them enough.

Didn’t show before retirement board or any appointments. Terrible experience & failed me in every way. Oh, and then when I called them on it and stated they really didn’t earn their fee, threatened me with court action 🙄 probably should have taken them to court…they wouldn’t of showed lol
