I was with Felser for YEARS, we won FECA, i did mpost of the work paid 2400.00 a year to send all the medical doctors notes, and this guy LOST MY NON GOVERNMENT PENSION and was adversarial in everything he did. Excuses, didnt know pension claims, i got my own FRB - private pension back - and HE NEVER EVER wanted to get into my defense with the department of labor folks. Look do yourself a favor and dont deal with ruse ELLEN JIRAN and excuses filled PAUL FELSER, go elsewhere, I am after 8 years or so. woesr experience of my life and they doidnt care about bad days, all it was - was about money. They lost my pension, I had a presidential LETTER....the guy just didnt care when we parted ways and committed malpractice by not recommending another attorney,we had an agreement. AWFUL people. They dont care about you or your pay in the end, When you all the work, they dont care either. Sad to say 1 star is deserves and my partner HATES THEM. DIDNT EVER want to talk to them - that should say it all. So long Felser.....hope some day Karma pays a visit.

Don't use him..I just found out my case was closed due to his actions!!pissed off paid alot of money and he did nothing for me..still injured with no pay..all I did was waste my reserves!! My advice save yours!!

The previous 1 star reviews on Yelp were spot on, and I also wanted to give a 1 star, yet I never had an opportunity to utilize his services. Two minutes or less into his introduction their was a mention of a retainer fee. I respect that a lawyer's time is money. However, in certain instances, where does it hurt to give 2-3 sentences of advice? The consultation was one tracked and, at some point, downright condescending. Others will have their own opinion..... This Is Mine.

Unfortunately I have had to change my review. When I first hired Mr.Felser I had to dip into my retirement and paid him a total of $25,000 all together after 2 years. In which I never received compensation for even after winning my back pay from the USPS. I was promised that the second part of my case would go forward if we won the first round. IT NEVER TOOK PLACE AFTER OUR WIN! This should have been a victory for this law firm. But again he wanted more and more money. By this time my mental, physical, and emotional state was drained. I lost my home OF 18 YEARS, my job of 23 YEARS, my mentality, my physical and emotional state even worse. Not to mention ALL my benefits because I was forced to sign a resignation letter due to his lack of prolonging my case. Which led me to have to take ALL my retirement out to take care of myself and my children. Since I was forced to resign I don't get any further compensation. Mr. Felser had promised me that if the first part of my case was won. We would take USPS back to court as well as the postmaster due to negligence on their part. I received a check from his office of a couple thousand dollars only because I called them out on it. So when does this stop? He gets what he wants. MONEY! MONEY! MONEY! HE DOES NOT CARE NOT ONE RED CENT ABOUT YOU UNLESS THAT RED CENT IS GOING TO HIM.

Reviewed my OWCP file had a conference call for 30 minutes for a total cost of 1675.00, and the money was gone. Just like that😡

He gets paid regardless, whether you win or lose. Enough said !!!!!!!

Paul Felser is a crook and will drain you dry financially, mentally, and emotionally. He will string you along as long as possible, because he is money hungry. You will never receive any useful help from this firm. If I could give a negative star I would. Do NOT use them!

Federal workers' compensation cases are very specific and require a specialized attorney. Paul is one of the few who handles these in the country. I have a worker's comp firm in Mississippi and send all Federal cases I get to him. He does a great job!
