Ill start by saying my case was dismissed under a nole prosequi but in my opinion it was not thanks to randy who represented me. I provided randy with evidence only he had access to and then he turned around and gave it to prosecution knowing they didnt have it and used it against me claiming i gave him “an admission of guilt” (client attorney confidentiality flew straight out the window) to coerce a deal after him the prosecutor and alleged victim in my case all went into a backroom where i wasnt allowed and the only offer i was offered was a dismissal that cost restitution and court cost for something i did not steal, and after i paid for the dismissal to avoid the headache of what felt like neptism compiled against me on this case randy told me even if i could prove the party that charged me lied that it didnt matter, when i pointed out technicalities in the case i was told by randy that the only thing that would happen if i tried to push about it then the state would just recharge me with corrected paperwork and i would lose my bond and be rearrested and have to post bond again. It was alleged i “stole” something from a company that i clearly communicated the location of the day of the incident but i was charged by an individual person who was not even the owner or registered agent to said company that i allegedly stole something from. i was arrested with no evidence against me and randy telling me the case was beatable up until that backroom conversation he had he came back out with a 180 attitude worse than a public defender visibly un-comfterable with taking it trial. he didnt care to pull phone records to prove my communications, i provided numerous pages of evidence in my defense where the “victim” only said 4 sentences and provided no proof. The alleged “victims” family has political affiliation and ran for city council recently and i wasnt charged until 2 months after the alleged incident and coincidentally the same day the victims family was running for city council. Randy didnt call me once to go over my case prior to going to court, he claimed his firm called my witness list and nobody answered or was willing to come forward but after the court date when i called everyone they all claimed they never got a call from him or anyone from his firm… so in my conclusion If your looking for an attorney to represent you because you are genuinely not guilty then hes probably not the best option but if your looking for a plea attorney then hes your guy. Im originally from atlanta and have dealt with multiple criminal charges in the past and dealt with other attorneys , attorneys who care about their clients and compared to all my past attorneys randy is no better than a public defender working for the system rather then for you and only useful as a plea/deal attorney not defense attorney. I sat on my review for a year before posting thinking it through with no emotions involved and im giving my honest review from dealing with him. Money was all paid upfront in full before we ever stepped foot in the court room before he gets on here talking about he did me a favor talking about discounts no one ever requested discounts. He tried to gas light me into being thankful him and the prosecutor screwed me out of $1500 for his fee and the dismissal on a case with no evidence. Included photo of my mugshot and case info for reference(smiling in it because i knew for a fact i was innocent)
