He helped me out with Immigration case big time nothing to say about it more than thanks
Victor Fernandez changerd me $5,500 and did absolutely nothing for me besides taking my money. He was recommended by really good immigration attorney but Victor It's not a good family attorney. He had me make the payment to his wife not the office. I should have known at that time. I will never recommend this guy for somebody that is going through a divorce. He pretended to be on my side but he was only on my wallet side. He was late for my court it was just a really bad experience.
If your doubting dont! Mr Victor Fernandez Has a huge role in my daughter getting the justice she deserved. Reliable, understanding but most importantly the most honest he can be. Reassured all my doubts and delivered every time. Always accesible trust when I say not one time did I have to struggle getting a hold of him through text Or phone he was always available. Thank you Mr Victor

Was retained in 2018, did the work and then she didn't want to pay. She called to dispute credit card charge and her dispute was denied. This woman tried to steal services by claiming her credit card charge was false.

This is a law office, not a nail salon or restaurant. This person never hired my office. I took the time to listen to his case and told him something he didn't want to hear (i.e. the truth) about his case. I guess that's bad customer service. Probably went to some other lawyer who told him what he wanted to hear in order to get paid and then didn't get what he bargained for. Part of being a lawyer is managing a client's expectations by being realistic about possible outcomes. If a lawyer can't give you a fair estimate of your possible outcomes based on the facts provided, then they're not good lawyers.

Lawyers get paid by the hour but I do not charge for initial consultations like other lawyers do. This guy while begging for help does not want to pay. As I always do with potential new clients, I take the time to hear about the case and give an honest assessment. I will explain things efficiently and go over a couple hypotheticals and options. What I can't do is hold your hand and make you understand the plain English that you are hearing, nor can I make you like what I am saying. That's what happened with this guy.
