I have been dealing with this firm for my mother’s case. My mother has been passed away for years now and since I began dealing with these folks, I haven’t received a call from them. I have constantly called them to receive updates and status. But they are saying the same thing for over months now. They are still reviewing the disbursement payments. What is left to review. I have been seeking answers from them. They keep putting me with someone else. It was in the dispursement phase for over a year and a half. I need closure to this. Every time I call it’s like reliving my mom’s death. And then today the lady gabby I spoke with was calling me Michael. My name ain’t Michael. Which means she wasn’t even looking at the file. I’m hurting terribly right now because I feel brushed off. I just want what my mother was rightfully fighting for.
