When I first started my divorce process, I was completely new to the system and had no idea what to expect. I trusted Mark Fischer to guide me and represent my best interests. Going into mediation, I believed we were aiming for a fair outcome: 50/50 custody and the ability for me to remain in my marital home so I could afford to live and provide for myself. Unfortunately, the results were devastating. Based on Mark’s legal advice and representation, I left mediation with: Only 5% custody of my children Eviction from my own home A court order requiring me to pay: The full mortgage on the house I was removed from My wife’s car payment and insurance Cell phone bills Health insurance Her attorney’s fees Maximum state child support This outcome has financially and emotionally crippled me. I am on the brink of bankruptcy and have lost nearly everything I worked for. Mark’s representation did not protect me, and the result has set me back years. He took so long with the process, nothing was ever done, just for him to withdraw at the end. Poor communication

Took forever to send in my temporary orders and didn’t finalize my case before withdrawing from me. Now I am having to start the process over completely because this lawyer didn’t care about my situation.
