I never got the opportunity to speak with an attorney, initially Jessica took my call 2 weeks ago with a promise to call me back. After waiting a few days I called back and was transferred to Jessica's voicemail which I left a 2nd message. I called 2 days ago and a male receptionist answered and was rude and clueless, I asked to speak with Jessica and he said she was tied up, never once called me back instead sent me a text, very disrespectful. I sent Jessica a message of my discontent and challenged her to recite our initial intake, where she over talked me there's no way she knew the basis of my claim. I've now had 2 attorneys look at my case and both said it was a definite case, and urged me to find an attorney that goes against the Hard Rock Casino. After checking Google this firm was 1 of 3 that advertised in So. Florida that they aggressively goes against the Hard Rock. I'm in a wheelchair due to being paralyzed in an accident in 2001 Im also amputated above the knee on my left leg,, this case at Hard Rock where they have to protect the patrons that they advertise for to visit their property. I was run over by negligence and was thrown 15ft in the air, a CRT and tort form was filed when CRT picked me up off the ground meanwhile everything was video taped, as a result the emergency room did MRI's and in writing from the orthopedic surgeon showing that when I landed on the cement my left shoulder rotator cuff was torn as well as the ripped labrum, the right shoulder is not repairable and will require a complete shoulder replacement, I also sustained a blood clot in my entire right leg that just recently dissolved after 7 months on medication. Im 67 yrs old and had many dealings with attorneys over the last 25 yrs, never have I felt so disrespected by a law firm. I see all the wonderful reviews, that's why I chose to reach out to this firm, I never received a call back from an attorney, I'm sure Jessica isn't a lawyer, very disappointed in lack of professionalism and the way I was treated. I guess if they have a slam dunk case they take it and prevail, but if any work is required they dismiss you without even listening. I guarantee Jessica can't recite our intake conversation. The firm should of reached out to me, but I wasn't even worth the time for a follow up call instead I got a text message. I will have proper representation and will be treated as deserved.
