Great to work with this firm. Very helpful, responsive and helped push through long follow-ups for some additional reimbursement ... after they already got their fee. So I appreciated that they still pushed for me regardless. I'd call them again without hesitation.

Daniel Flanzig and his firm has done the best work with my case. I was having issues with an accident where a vehicle ran a red light and hit me on a bicycle. The first 2 weeks I was on my own with the lack of police paper work and evidence. The insurance company even tried to make it seem like it was my fault and offered me a very disrespectful amount to settle with. But as soon as I was able to provide all the documents and reports, Flanzig & Flanzig took care of everything for me. There was no hassle on communication. I have biked in Brooklyn since the 80's. I used to bike around Prospect Park, and that has stuck with me to this day. Several years ago I was thrown off my bike due to a dangerous street condition and sustained a serious injury. Daniel, Cathy & their team were an absolute pleasure to work with in the 4+ year battle to hold the owners of the defective utility vault accountable. They were very responsive, transparent, and remained vigilant as the defendants tried to drag out the case. In the end Daniel negotiated a settlement that was more than fair.
