I used him in the past for small things such as real estate and such but I had a larger case I needed help with so I hired him to handle it bc I live out of town and this case was in Tuscaloosa.. he assured me I would not have to go to court and took my money .. come the day I of court I’m 250 miles away and I call him to check in and he tells me I need to be at court .. I reminded him when he took my money he assured me I would not have to travel and he would handle it .. mr Flieshman proceeds to tell me that he’s not taking this case anymore and literally hung up on me .. THE DAY OF COURT .. he lied to me in order to take my money apparently knowing all along he wasn’t going to go to court for me .. i ended up having to call the courthouse myself, leave a message for the judge explaining exactly what happened, and they let me reschedule my court date..All the while Mr Flieshman kept every dollar I paid him for absolutely nothing .. he never gave me an explanation and when I reminded him what he took my money for he said “I’m hanging up now”and hung up on me .. His Unprofessionalism was profound and unacceptable Buyer beware if you live out of town and don’t want to find out on the literal day of court that he’s dropping your case without explanation

Great experience only went one time but he was very helpful and understanding will be goin back

This man is the Devil…Very Rude and Disrespectful.

By far the rudest man I’ve ever met. Never in my life have I ever had someone interrupt me especially an attorney who I’m trying to explain something to say “not interested.” After that comment I should have got up and walked out. He may be good at what he does, but a people person is not one of them. I’ll gladly take my money somewhere else.

He get right to the point and he not gonna sugarcoat nothing with you gotta love this guy

I love this law firm. He’s always willing to listen and he’s very thorough. He’s going to explain everything to you so you will understand and he will not take your money if he feels he can’t help you. He walked me through a situation I had going on and explain to me what I should do without taking my money because he felt I could do it on my own and not waste money!! I am very thankful for him!

Do not use this so called attorney. He will take your money and do nothing. And dismiss you when he don't like what you say. Don't waste your time on him.

I would NOT use this man !!!! I used him for a divorce case which he promised things he could do. And did not. I had a hold on property and when the house got sold he didn't do anything to keep my property and belongings which he should have done. He backed my daughter up to the wall in the court house cause he couldn't take what she said to him. I spent a thousand dollars to him and came out with nothing while the child molester that's in jail has it all. He is rude to. He even told the other lawyer in court good luck right in front of me in the molestion case which caused the divorce. He is over all a bad lawyer. Takes your money and no results.

Mr. Fleishman was very diligent in handling my case. He put my needs first and worked hard to get me the justice that I deserved. I highly recommend Mr. Fleishman for your attorney needs.
