Excellent team
I would have been a goner 15 years ago if not for Foster Law. Worst experience of my life and left with a sever case of PTSD - but it sure beats what I was going to do to myself. What little quality of life I do have is owed to Foster Law and Dr. Rubin. Thanks to them I actually got to see the Seahawks win a Super Bowl : )

Foster law offices worked for nothing for 13 years just to get my case settled and boy did they settled it making almost what I would be making if I was working still I've been on social security and Labor and industry for 22 years now and I almost make as much as if I was working

They were very helpful even though I have decided not to pursue my claim. Even for relatively small issue like mine, the workers' comp system is very, very stressful. The attorney with whom I had the free phone consultation, Daniel Schilling, was empathetic, friendly, and informative. He provided a lot of good information about how the system works, pitfalls, and what to do if the issue comes back. I mainly wish I had called them sooner in the process! Ugh! L&I is so complicated. (Update: Followed their advice and received a fair settlement that covered my medical bills.)
