Foster & Sear

I saw a negative review about Geneva being rude. I spoke to her twice and she was very polite, but sooooooo slow.

I was involved in a major trucking accident and Foster&Sear was there every moment of all my legal needs. They moved in a swift and timely manner. They were bedside at the hospital, visited me in my home, and got to know me as more than just a person. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with this law firm. They were attentive to my needs throughout the process each time. They exceeded any expectations I had from start to finish. They reviewed my situation, provided solid guidance and have followed up to make certain I was satisfied with the results. If you have to seek legal counsel this is the firm that will take care of you and have your best interest in mind.

The so called secretary/paralegal Geneva is extremely rude, impolite, inconsiderate and unprofessional towards the clients of said law firm. They don't communicate and act as if their so busy to get to even a 2 minute review of alleged paperwork which seems like stall tactics or ways to discourage clients to pursue their cases. This firm should be shut down immediately and liens filed against their "bonds" and no one should ever do business with a non responsive/ non-communicative firm that's "too/so busy" to actually deal with their clients!
