Mr. Rodriguez confirmed that he would attend and on the scheduled court date, Mr. Rodriguez FAILED to appear; leading to a guilty conviction and financial penalties. He has ignored multiple calls. Has not provided any explanation for his absence, nor issue any refund. We filed a complaint with the California State Bar to investigate this attorneys gross incompetence and encourage others to do the same

this guy will take your money and FAIL to go court. resulting in loss of my license and insurance. won't return phone calls. caused me SO much stress. you feel absolutely helpless when an attorney does this to you. don't make the same mistake i did.

Francisco took 7000 for a writ that was never executed. He didn’t show up multiple times on my behalf and created a situation where there was a warrant for my arrest because he no showed and failed to inform me he missed the court date. Francisco is not honorable or reliable and does not do what he says. Do not hire him. The judge threatened to dis bar him.

Takes your money then never shows up. Never responds to messages or calls BEWARE!

I have worked with Mr. Rodriguez several times over the past 15 years or so. I have always found him to be competent, informed and fair. It also gives me great peace of mind to often see him consulted on television to get his opinion on criminal cases happening here in the bay area. In the past his office/he has worked diligently to bring a fair resolution to a very complicated case I had and also done good work on some minor traffic tickets. I've recommended a few friends who have also had good luck with him as well-no points on the record, etc.. I would feel comfortable recommending Mr. Rodriguez to anyone needing help for a traffic or criminal case.
