The intake specialists put tremendous pressure on a potential client to sign a very one sided retainer agreement. If you ask to speak to an attorney first, they advise to sign the agreement first then a lawyer can discuss the terms, maybe change some. (Sure, that will happen.) Several different specialists call and put on pressure. Never did speak with an attorney. When I returned the calls of the specialist who left me a message, the person answering the phone asked many questions which were already answered with the intake specialist. Could not get transferred to the person who called me without a 15 minutes barrage of already answered questions.
