they may do great work. i'll never know because after filling out their contact form no one replied
My husband and I hired Krystaly Koch to represent us in a property damage case. She did an outstanding job. She was knowledgeable and responsive, took the time to answer all of our questions, and addressed our concerns. She provided a realistic picture of what to expect, came to court prepared, and represented us and our case very well. We are so appreciative of her expertise and hard work will absolutely hire her again in the future should the need arise.

My family and I had an incredible experience working with Brad Tilt. He was quick to respond to my initial request, very clear in helping us all understand how he and his firm work, what the costs are, and what to expect in terms of time, negotiations, and potential outcomes. He also educated us on the law and what our options were within the scope of the law. He was constantly in touch with us, and ultimately resolved our issue very quickly. I highly recommend Brad and will absolutely seek his counsel again should another situation arise. Thanks for everything, Brad!

An attorney there sent me a cease and desist letter. The attorney stated "All communication to be done through her". I sent proof to disclaim her clients claims. They say they resolve disputes however not responding doesn't seem like that is the case. I sent 2 emails to try and resolve issues, yet no response🤔. I've been more than fair. I can't help people have zero integrity these days. So tell me I have followed her letter and not contacted her client yet she doesn't respond. Does this sound like a place to resolve issues or just try to intimidate me.??? It's kind of hard to resolve something when an attorney tells me to communicate with her, and she doesn't have common courtesy to respond. Wish you the best?? Sounds like trying to be deceitful to public view opinion. The truth will be worked out after this life. Thanks for knowing the facts and trying to educate me on legal process.... Just say you like screwing people over and the truth. Your firm lacks integrity and doesn't want to do the right thing. That's the truth but as long as your firm gets paid you'll represent lying clients.

Back ground to this review. Property dispute that included a legally documented -right of way- that my neighbors have onto my property for ingress and egress. Read utah code 57-13c-101 section 5. A & B. I hired Bradley Tilt after firing my first lawyer because he wasn't doing his job and Brad was a real-estate lawyer. Brad took my case but after a few months he handed it off to russ nevers. My case was about my neighbors trying to claim part of my property that they have a legal easement onto it to get to theirs. We went to parcel summary judgement Russ was able to help get it thrown out and have it go to court, plus the judge said it should have gone straight to court in the first place. Then after the motion to go to court Russ left the firm and then Brad took the case again. We went to Mediation and brad told me he was going to represent us in court. After a couple months Brad once again gave my case away to Paul Johnson. Paul had to do alot of catch up. Then we did deposition with Paul he did alright in that. After that we went to court Paul did his studying so he says. We get to court Paul had tons of evidence right in front of him, he NEVER Used it. He never even brought forth the Utah Code 57-13c-101 which State Easement are nonpossessory and you can't claim the land under the easement nor can you expand onto the easement anymore then what it stated in your warranty deed. Paul never brought that up, plus I got charge with TRESPASSING on my OWN property and fined thousands of dollars for putting gravel on my property. SEE ATTACHED PHOTO of ruling. Paul NEVER REBUTTED any of it. when Me and my wife was on the phone with Paul and Brad they double dipped our pockets and I got charged for 2 lawyers instead of just 1. Then after court the judge asked for a clarification on part of the easement Paul was so Gitty to give the answer when is was supposed to be the plaintiffs lawyer to answer. Paul dropped the ball and was played in so many ways granting extensions for the plaintiffs to get there stuff in. I emailed Brad and Paul saying how we weren't represented very good and Paul didn't do his job. After that I Emailed Steve one of the owners of the firm. I told him my concerns of what happened with the ruling. Plus about how I felt that they should be paying for the bill that I got from the court because the judge stated Paul NEVER REBUTTED the ruling and for Brad and Paul double charging me when I should have only been charged for 1 lawyer not 2. Afterwards I received an email from Steve saying he talked to both Paul and Brad. I still have a hearing for court and Brad emailed me back and said we were being Hypercritical about how things went and them not using the Utah Code 57-13c-101. Brad and Paul Dropped us for being Hypercritical and for asking questions. We'll the Utah Code is Law and Paul never rebutted anything. So Yes you work for me not the other way around. I have the right to ask questions why. By them not using the Utah law we Lost and my neighbor was granted the property under the easement they have a legal right to use in a form of a Right of way. I have showed the documents to another lawyer and he has stated that from what he is reading that there is malpractice here and I should file this with the bar. So we are getting our evidence together and putting it in so the bar can investigate there actions and discipline them for wrong doings. I have also contacted some utah representatives and given them the evidence. I want all to beware if you are in a real-estate dispute make sure your lawyer specializes in that. If they hand it off to someone in there firm who doesn't specialize in that area DO NOT LET them do that. YOU WILL LOSE. I know they will try to get this review taken down and try to reach out saying we should talk about it. But that is just for all you to think that they have made it right with me and resolved it.

Bradley Tilt guided me through one of the most difficult and emotionally complex legal situations of my life—marked by deep family tensions and long-standing financial and legal burdens from a property dispute. From our very first meeting, he demonstrated not only an expert grasp of the legal landscape but also a strategic, measured approach that brought immediate clarity and direction to an overwhelming situation. Bradley is a highly skilled attorney who truly listens to his clients. He communicates clearly, responds promptly, and handles every step of the legal process with care and precision. His well-reasoned guidance kept me informed, confident, and protected throughout. While his fees reflect the high level of expertise and service he provides, his efficiency and ability to resolve matters quickly ultimately saved me time, money, and eliminated liabilities that had persisted for nearly a decade. By managing everything with such precision and foresight, he minimized the risk of costly mistakes and delays—making the investment more than worth it. Don’t waste your time or money on another attorney. Bradley Tilt is exceptional at what he does. Thanks to his expertise and commitment, we achieved a resolution that had felt out of reach for years. If you’re looking for an attorney who is knowledgeable, communicative, efficient, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for his clients, I highly recommend Bradley Tilt.

Working with Steve, Daniel and their support team at Freeman Lovell has been a fantastic experience. Daniel helped me create clear, thorough terms and conditions, a client construction contract, and subcontractor agreements tailored to my general contractor business. The process was easy from start to finish — their team is incredibly organized, responsive, and friendly. What really stood out was how supported I felt, especially with my many questions and general unfamiliarity with the legal world. Daniel took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and gave me confidence moving forward. I highly recommend Freeman Lovell to any business owner looking for trusted legal support.
