His service is excellent, he takes all his time and gives 100% to solve his client's problem. His assistants always respond and assist, and he is always at the client's side until the end. I just got off the phone with Maddison she was so polite on the phone and answered all of my questions. I hope the lawyer helps me still have to wait for my citation in the mail. Attorney Christian A. was helping us, we had a telephone consultation in which he explained the steps to us. In the middle of the process we had questions and called the office in Gainsville, Megan answered the phone very rude and said she couldn't help us and hung up immediately, shortly afterwards we called again and she continued saying that she could not help us without giving us space to explain, the services were paid for by our legal plan and not obtained.

I call Full Focus Law because I had found something on my background that was not right(WARRENT). The lady that answered at literally 4:50 pm was as sweet as she could be not ugh it’s time to go so I don’t want to help. She took my info send it to attorney Straile, he picked up the phone right away and did not rush the conversation. This is a stressful ordeal but he made it more comfortable he told me what he was going to do. Did it right there the person he needed to speak to was not there and he continued to call, he even got back with me the next morning to tell me what he found out. Luckily I did not need to use him but whoever knows I will keep his number in my phone because well he does everything!!!! You never know when you might need a helping hand.
