I wasted $8000 on these people to participate in a couple remote hearings, review some documents, and to hear them make promises they never kept. Literally, no progress was made that I couldn’t have done myself. They wanted more money just to schedule a meeting with opposing counsel – which they claimed to be doing for weeks and never succeeded. The lack of ethics and morals, pure lies, and unkept promises made me question their unfair billing – and that pissed them off. I guess they’re not going to be able to take that vacation or buy that new car on profits from me! You have been warned.

RUN-A-WAY!!! This law firm was the worst I've ever dealt with. Mr. Clarke carries himself like a gambler. And will gamble with your case, so he can charge retainer after retainer. They had no idea what was going on in my case. He kept saying my ex with the drug problem. She was arrested multiple times for DV, including with a gun. But let's go over the other things. 1) Never ever return phone calls or emails. Like never ever. 2) Never put up a defence in court. Just sat there in silence and let lies woe the judge/minors council. 3) charged $1300 for a response, that wasn't even done near in time, and we showed up to court looking like idiots with nothing to back us up. They (Mr. Clarke) decided it was fair I only pay half of it since it wasn't present in court. I don't think it was sent to court. I got it late evening the night before court. 4) put no defence together. I had to rush my son to the childrens hospital after a visit with there mom, and we somehow can't and didn't properly bring it up. Along with other instance, that I was very clear and contacted my lawyer during everything. 5) Never kept in contact with minors council like said. 6) said I needed to pay more to get this divorce wrapped up. Charged me for papers, and all of that was already in the courts, from me in 2001. They never even looked over my case to see where it was. They just wanted to charge another $1500, even though we are in the middle of the steps for the divorce to be finished. Nothing they woulda done wrapped it up any faster. And a look over the whole case in the begining woulda told them that. I could go on, and on. But il finish with their want for money is so bad, that when I told them I wanted to go a different direction, and seeing threw the lies. And Mr Clarke repeatedly telling me I had to pay $1500 with in the hr. (Especially to find that $1500 was a lie because they had to wait for the process just like I am now,) to charge me for their 30 mins conversation. It just shows that this place just wants your money. Not to represent you. If you look at other places for reviews, you find the truth. I now owe them money because I said I was going a different direction. When it was a conversation to see what direction was best for all.

I reached out to the offices of Fusco and Clarke because my boyfriend was served with Child Support documents and we had no idea what our first steps to take would be for a situation like that. Their receptionist Linda was very nice, listened to all our concerns and offered a consultation. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in need or guidance of an attorney for their Family Law concerns.

I had a very difficult case that lasted many years. Cynthia was my attorney. She did a great job getting my case settled in as timely of a manner, at a reasonable cost. She was always available whenever I had any questions. I highly recommend this firm.
