This lawyer is not trustworthy at all, she scammed me, gave me false hope about my son's case that is in detention just to get money from me, she scammed me out of over 11 thousand dollars, she always filed all the paperwork that the judge asked for late and because of her negligence my son's courts were being postponed and that was not all when she saw that there was no hope for the case she closed it they acted offended because I told them that they were not doing their job this happened on Thursday October 2nd when she closed the case and to this day October 8th they have not reimbursed me for anything I paid them, I asked for my son's file and they still have not sent it to me and my son had a court date on Friday the 10th and for that reason that I do not have the file I have not been able to find another lawyer and obviously my son after 6 months locked up chose to sign to leave but I have been gathering my evidence and along the way I realized that their paralegals do not have a license the good thing is that I have enough evidence to send the complaint to the bar of Texas lawyers because it is not fair to profit from people's need and desperation.
