What reviewers consistently praise: care for the whole situation, communication and updates, and clear next steps. These themes surfaced across dozens of reviews when CrashStory analyzed sentiment and case-experience dimensions on this firm's Google reviews. Compare these against any other firm you're considering — most attorneys have only two or three themes reviewers consistently return to.
How we compiled this: CrashStory aggregates public Google reviews, Colorado crash records from CDOT and local agencies, and firm-provided profile data. We do not endorse any firm. Review intelligence scores are derived from automated sentiment and theme analysis of public reviews — treat them as one signal among many, not a verdict.

If you value your time, money, and legal matter, I would strongly reconsider hiring this firm. I retained Craig Chartier in a serious deed fraud case involving my home and paid approximately $8,000 in fees. I expected proactive litigation, strategic discovery, and transparent billing. Instead, I found myself uncovering and organizing the bulk of the fraud evidence on my own. During deposition, key questions were not asked unless I directed them. Discovery that should have been pursued was not meaningfully advanced. Over a year later, critical discovery materials were still not produced to me in usable form. I explicitly instructed, both in writing and verbally, that I was to be notified before my retainer was exhausted. That did not happen. Billing was based solely on the firm’s internal time records, with little transparency or meaningful accountability. After the relationship ended, I requested my full client file, including materials I personally provided. I have not received complete production. This has directly interfered with my ability to continue litigating my case. I will be pursuing appropriate remedies, including fee disputes and formal complaints. This was not the level of representation I retained counsel for, especially in a matter involving my home. Worse, they are actively interfering and breaking the law and violating my rights. Do your due diligence. Ask direct questions about billing practices, file access rights, discovery strategy, and what concrete litigation steps will actually be taken on your behalf. You have been warned.
Sandra Wilmot handled our recent house sale efficiently and effectively. Since we sold without an agent, we needed a little extra support, which Sandi provided. The process was smooth and low stress.

I recently did a real estate closing with Gallo & Iacovangelo and it was one of the smoothest transactions I’ve experienced, as an attorney on the “other side.” Paige was the paralegal I interfaced with most, and she was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Despite my incessant and surely annoying contacts in the final hour, she never once showed a bit of irritation. As an attorney, I highly recommend this firm and look forward to working with them again.

I keep hearing this word, generational wealth. It took me some time . Be careful do your homework before you hire him. $80,000 is a lot of money. Again do your homework.it hurts $80,000. Please do your homework. $1.00.

Kevin was awesome in getting our legal papers in order. He explained what we needed to do and why and wanted to be sure we were fully comfortable and sure about what we were signing. Our appt was quick and we got our papers filed and recorded quickly. We had a copy of our papers mailed and received within a week.
