Neglected refuse to give me medication my doctor prescribed to me have me yelling and screaming for nurses to come in give me assistance I am wheelchair bound will not send somebody with me to take care of my affairs outside of the building I have a electric wheelchair refuse to let me use it in the community however another resident has one and they let them keep it in a room to keep it maintained
