Of course a person who receives a poor result is going to be unhappy. My objection, however is more about the process. The minimum work needed just wasn’t put into my case and the level of assertiveness, care, interest and investment of time and energy was beyond POOR. In court the prosecution was shaking their head at my attorney, who was not even aware of this or much else…. Telling. Take a chance if you are feeling exceptionally lucky. Otherwise, a throw of the dart or a Public Defender would yield a better result for your case.
