Absolutely horrible lawyer, did not fight for my daughter and grandson, I truly believe they all were in cahoots together. A big cluster, I do not believe he filed the motion to have it heard by a different judge as he said he did. Now my grandson is suffering, having to go to therapy at 4 years old due to the horrific conditions at the others home. My grandson is suffering because you did not do your job and fight for him. You should be ashamed of yourself.

After hiring a second lawyer, the realization of what a disservice Earl was to my case was very clear.

The perfect place to go to if you plan on having to hire a second lawyer to finish something Earl should’ve already had done but now refuses to help. Won’t answer emails and now hangs up the phone. If it wasn’t such a hassle to report him to the bar, I would report him for misrepresentation. $5,000 down the drain because now we have to pay for a second lawyer to finish his job.
