Samantha did an excellent job representing me. She was very professional and had a clear understanding of my case. On the day the defendant attempted to set aside our default judgment and have the case dismissed, she had a very busy court schedule but still made sure she was present for my case. This team is not a team of sharks - This is a team of lambs leading you to slaughter. I finally fired them and hired a team led by a an AAML Attorney. The new team undid everything that the team here agreed to, costing me a significant amount of time and money. Do not make the same mistake that I did - look elsewhere.

When filing a divorce while being a stay at home mom and having five children you have to look for the best of the best to represent you. I am so happy I came across Genesis! I had a consult with Kim and had many questions, and just was awfully stressed out.. Kim took me in and was very thorough and explained the process and answered a lot of my questions. She made me feel comfortable, she took a huge weight off my shoulders and she also took all the time that was needed to make sure I was aware of every step that I needed to take and was COMFORTABLE. at any time of the day that i was unsure of something or if an incident occurred she was available and that’s where she deserves all the stars!
