I was on the other end of a real estate transaction with this attorney (Neil Germain). He attempted to bully (threatening to sue repeatedly) an 80 year old woman (my mother). He also did his client a disservice in the process, losing upwards of 45k on the sale by negotiating in bad faith. He made the house sale transaction a miserable experience for both parties His ego got in the way of simple common sense and reasonable negotiating.

I have used him in the past several times & also have referred friends & family to him for family law, real estate & traffic violations because I can trust him to take good care of them. AVOID!!! This law firm is only out to get their money. This was evident when I used them for a real estate transaction where I caught obvious mathematical errors on the closing statement and not everything was done at closing, which cost me over $1,000. They said they would go after the lost money only if I retained them. I would definitely NOT recommend this firm.
