I would stay away from this firm at all costs. If you do talk to them, do not sign their initial agreement until they tell you explicitly what they're willing to do on your case and guarantee in writing that they read and understood all of your documents. They do not explain anything upfront and withhold information from you (like that they won't do anything in arbitration cases). Their attorneys are overly-friendly with opposing counsel and will not fight for you, I literally had to keep pushing for them to do their job and send me documents and updates on the case. I fell for their trap, signed the agreement only to realize that they didn't review my case well, everything they said they would do was a lie. I tried to end the contract because of inaction on their part but they threatened to place a lien on whatever resolution I could get and I was basically forced to agree to what they ended up doing. Do yourself a favor and find a better office, this firm doesn't care about you enough to even keep you informed on your case.

Please please don’t trust your case to this firm Pls if you do you will make a horrible mistake. They took my cade after months into the case. They sent me a letter saying that they will not take the case I’m not sure what happens whom pay them they are not for the people after spending hours with them they accepted the case them to droop it when Thad expired for me to sue and find another lawyer they are horrible I meet with the lawyers in their office in the citi in Manhattan please don’t use this firm I know God see everything pls don’t make the same mistake I made of trusting them. I’m sick with out a job and this firm is to blame please don’t allow them to do to you your family what they did to us

Gerstman Schwartz is an amazing law firm. Words cannot describe how grateful, thankful, and appreciative I am about the work they did for me. From beginning to end, they have been amazing to work with. This firm really cares about people and it shows. If you need a law firm on Long Island, I highly recommend Gerstman Schwartz.

Update: even the Tesla founder Mr Musk that was considering buying Twitter agrees with much of what I'm alleging here-that basically Twitter uses robots for traffic and even failed artificial intelligence to analyze issues of censorship! Contacted this firm after a big problem with Twitter after appeals and going to the Better Business Bureau and going to multiple law firms and congressman's office and Congress women's office and to other regulatory agencies and to a law Professor - I sent them a g photos link as well as two or three emails with all the documents attached I left two or three voicemails before the end of May and then one more in June and there was no response by phone nor was their response by email just by using their contact page three times in complicated and simple emails with attachments Despite the fact that they recently represented a Saudi national in a case against Twitter because he they knew he could pay for it they have no respect for American in Oakland California who went to Berkeley law and could also pay for things- They represented a Saudi dissident but they somehow assume a northern Californian is not as important- That case there were two Twitter employees that were bribed by the Saudi intelligence agencies and gave up personal information and also the individual Muhammad had his account closed down Those are two different CASES but they brought the case about his Twitter exclusion in terms of first amendment and publisher and section 230 and breach of contract As they probably felt he could pay fees I can't really comment this is all opinions but in my opinion these may be the reasons but the facts of what happened with my experience with them lead me to give a one-star review and the facts that I'm staying here are accurate it's up to others to form their own opinions but my opinion is I would give them one star Because those voicemails were very detailed and those emails were very detailed and the Twitter case listed on the g drive g photo link with documents to Congress people and law firms and Better Business Bureau -the story was very well TOLD -but they weren't interested despite my having a winning case - because they're not clear on whether I could pay it forward because of their prejudice towards Americans especially in Oakland California despite Oakland California being the fifth most expensive city in America right now! And these are all my opinions but the factual basis is verifiable through phone call logs and emails and screen grabs of submissions to their contact page- Are free to have whatever opinion they want and I'm willing to revisit my opinion if they do return my calls or send emails now that I left another three voicemails this afternoon! I have always fairly updated reviews with recent management interactions whether they post them here on Google maps or they contact me through another channel-and I've never deleted a review, so that the whole story could be told! I actually had to make this review after the voicemails because access to the system and leveraging that is not fair I'm not one to tell people I'm going to make a review unless because that would be the opposite or similar to them negotiating reviews. Which is in violation of the outlaws in California-if they can't tell you to remove or alter review or penalize you for it then you can't fairly barter review as removable or deletable or some kind of a national enquirer catch and kill scenario-that is not published at all as long as customer service improves- Cuz that would be the same type of bargaining that the Yelp law seeks to prevent! That is why I told him I will have no choice but to make the review now but I'll be updating it if you do help me because I won't bargain with the review of The view happens with every business good or bad and it can be updated and it's never deleted that's the only way to be in compliance with the Yelp laws from a pro fairness Googler level 7 scout point of view!
