The whole team is superior. Carter, Shayne and Robert have been a pleasure to deal with. They had my sister’s life in their hands - literally - and they did everything they could to help her. My mother passed away and Transamerica wasn't honoring my mothers life insurance policy. She had consistently made payments for over 15 years!
