Absence of communication and non-existent follow up caused what should have been a simple transaction to take a very long time and be more stressful than it should have been. If you like being ghosted, calling and emailing the office for a simple update and getting no responses for weeks on end, then this place is for you.

I had a similar experience to a couple of others that have provided reviews on Mr. Hermes. This occurred during the summer of 2024. I had started to work with Mr. Hermes to resolve some estate issues for my parents. After the initial meeting, the man wouldn’t return emails or phone calls. His assistant kept making apologies for him but to no avail. Weeks went by before I started to find another law firm, but before we could set up any estate for my parents, they both suddenly passed away leaving me to establish estates posthumously with another lawyer. Thanks for nothing. Frustrating, disappointing and quite rude.

They started out doing great work for my family in 2020 and then became progressivly worse. They don't answer questions, don't have the paperwork on time and my last straw was to call for a new legal service 3 times and no one called me back. I am done! I found a new lawyer that treats us with respect.
