As a person with no skin in the game, just giving an honest review I would like to say I highly recommend this law firm. First of all their fee is super low 15% compared to other places it was amazing And their communication was awesome. I really felt cared for and taken care of throughout this whole process and at no point that I feel like I had to chase down answers. The person dealing with me with his name was Chris C and his personality and care for me was unmatched. I really felt Comfortable dealing with him and felt like I was in good hands the whole time. He never at any point made me feel like he was trying to push me to make a decision I didn’t want to do or that wasn’t best for me. Anytime we spoke I always left that conversation feeling better and more secure about the decisions being made and about my case being handled, and I really appreciate it and Him Overall, I’ve dealt with other lawyers for other things in my life, and this was the best experience I recommend to anyone who’s Has been injured and needs assistance from a law firm.

Sometimes these kinds of cases can take a long time, it's because of the insurance companies. Mine seemed like it was impossible, because my claim was denied, and had to go through a lengthy appeals process. I had given up on it ever resolving but Ryan got it resolved and settled for more than I could have ever imagined. The team at Golden state were there for me.they stopped all the b.s. my employer was pulling and took care of my case with professionalism. My only regret is wishing I would have called them sooner because , as a result of my employer delaying and dragging out my medical needs.i ended up with a permanent injury that I still deal with to this day. But golden state did make sure my employer is responsible for any future appointments or recovery needs for my injury If you ever need workers compensation services , I highly recommend golden state.

Stay away! As soon as I signed my contract with this so called “law firm” I was ghosted. I called left multiple messages/emails and not one response. Such a terrible experience. Hoping that this helps potential clients considering this shady lawfirm.

I just wish I would have went through a different law firm . I was recommended to this one and I spoke with Chris. Chris is sounds like a great genuine person made me feel safe , and that they are fight to the fullest for me . But, it didn’t seem that way . Their been multiple times where I felt like they ghosted me and dropped my case . To me it didn’t seem like they fought the insurance company at all . They just got the minimum and moved on to the next customer. That is genuinely how I feel. I spoke to other law firms and asked for advice and a lot of them told me they could have added more to my case . I did bring this to my lawyers attention but he denied it . For the 3 years I worked with golden state comp it felt like I didn’t really get anywhere . I feel like this is a game that big corporations , insurances , and worksmen comps play . It’s very sad and upsetting .
