Great group of people working here. Moloy and Judy are both extremely kind and knowledgeable and will take great care of you!
A year later and Judy is still the same mouthy female telling people being a victim isn’t a civil rights problem. Judy has terrible customer service. As soon as I said “I am the victim of violent crime” she stopped me and said “we don’t do that” and I was surprised so I said “oh you don’t deal with civil and human rights?” Then she said “we do just not for you.” The only thing she heard from me was that I am a victim so I’d like to know what kind of civil rights and human rights violations does not create victims? As a victim the last thing I want to hear is some random female start arguing with me after hearing me say Im a victim. Phone call lasted less than 30 seconds because I hung up after establishing I deserve more respect than she was clearly capable of giving. DISGUSTING

Owner response
I’m sorry you had a negative experience contacting our office. We strive to provide conscientious and compassionate service to everyone who calls. I encourage you to review our website for our practice areas. The type of “civil rights” cases our firm handles are primarily housing and employment discrimination. While victims of violent crimes have rights that they can pursue through a lawsuit, those are not the types of cases we handle, but we can refer people to lawyers who do handle those types of cases. Unfortunately, you ended our call before I could give you that information. Finally, I do not recall telling you that “we do [civil rights cases] just not for you”. I recall saying we do not handle your particular type of civil rights. I am sorry if I was unclear with communicating this. It is my goal to try to help as best as I can, and I feel bad when I am not able to be more help. I hope that you are able to find someone who is able to help you and wish you the best of luck in getting the justice you deserve.

Mulloy is very kind and sensitive to your situation. I was referred to him by my other attorney who doesn't handle litigations

Moloy is a thoughtful, respectful, well organized, compassionate lawyer. His rates are more than reasonable and he responds quickly to questions even if they require research. He provides excellent counsel. His legal assistant, Judy is terrific as well.

I had Moloy review an employment document for me. He was very thorough and made sure to give me all the information I needed to make a decision and prepare for potential problems. His fee was very fair.
