Mr. Graff was so helpful with some legal advice and representation a few years ago. He was very detail-oriented. He was able to help me reach a higher settlement than I would have before I went to him. The opposing side tried to change their story from what initially happened and what their statement was and Mr. Graff was able to step in an set things straight. So glad I had him represent me or I could have gotten into a lot deeper of a hole. He didn't brush me off or make me feel stupid with all the questions I had. I really felt like he took the time to explain things to me and take my case seriously.

Not responsive at all! He would say “ I’ll give you a call tomorrow “ and never did. He gave me the run around for 3 weeks. Waste of time !

DO NOT TRUST THIS ATTORNEY! My daughter lost a family member. We needed assistance on a possible probate issue. I located Mr. Graff when searching for an attorney. Due to COVID, there were no office visits. We were able to contact him over the phone for our consultation. Mr. Graff assured my daughter and I that not only he could take the case, but would give us the outcome we were looking for. He said due to COVID, we would have to meet outside the office to exchange the retainer fee $1350.00. No contract or formal paperwork was exchanged at the time the retainer fee was paid. Due to the stressful circumstances of losing a loved one, we did not question why no contracts were exchanged. Mr.Graff stated he would email us the receipt and other documents, but he never followed through. For over 11 months, we have been calling emailing texting Mr.Graff with no response. He is a crook. He took our money, he took advantage of the circumstances. I will be contacting California state bar, the Better Business Bureau, and possibly the media. This entire experience has ruined our lives. Please do not trust this phony so called attorney. He is shady!!!!!

We are absolutely disappointed in what this lawyer Benjermin Graff has done to our family regarding our case. After speaking to Benjermin Graff and him agreeing to be able to help us, we gave him a $2000 retainer. Our home and livelihood counted on him. I reached out to him multiple times over text, phone calls and messages and so did my husband. We never heard back from him since we gave him a check for $2000 for about a month! After that month we Finally got a hold of him and he proceeded to give us advice for maybe 10 minutes. And we decided we will move forward with him, since we already paid him. Our case reached a settlement and we have Still heard nothing from mr. Graff For what he has done for our case that we payed him for . And We still cannot get a hold of him to return my money or to provide a breakdown of his work that he has done on our Case file!!!!! *poor business *Would never recommend him to nobody *Takes your money and does nothing
