We hired this firm for our bankruptcy, and to be fair, the case was successful and ultimately discharged. However, the communication throughout the process has been incredibly frustrating. Trying to get anyone from the office to respond to emails or answer the phone is like pulling teeth. We’ve had to send multiple emails just to get a response, and calls and voicemails often go unanswered. Going through bankruptcy is already stressful, and the lack of communication has made the process even more difficult than it needed to be. Even now that the case has been discharged, we are still waiting for our final discharge paperwork and have had difficulty getting responses from the office about it. Basic communication and follow-through would make a big difference for clients going through an already stressful situation.

I recently filed for bankruptcy (Just discharged!). I checked out a few different law firms, and when speaking with one of the lawyers from Graham legal, they just seemed like they gave me the best feeling if that makes sense. The lawyer i spoke with was very knowledgeable and reassuring. We conducted several inquiries and this establishment seemed suitable for our Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. We initiated a preliminary meeting to ascertain our eligibility. We submitted all our documents. The gentleman on the phone never listened to the message I left so he didn’t know my name or why I called. What is the point of leaving a message if you don’t listen to it. Very unprofessional. A good law firm is about the details. Very disappointed as this firm gets good reviews. Need to do much better with the opening process of obtaining a client. Calling a potential client back by using his name is a good start.
