I had long-disputed case at one of the most stuborn jurisdiction who does not believe my non-responsible for motorcycle ticket that was committed by someone else. I was fighting for this simple mistake for last 3 years and it got really hard to settle. My friend attorney just gave up on it and said “you might just pay for the fine ($890)” As soon as I got hold of Steve Grave (that might be the only hard pard), and forwarded all the necessary information, he dealt with it in just a couple of days. I woke up with a wonderful news today that case is dismissed. I am happy to do business with him and will recomment him anyone who need a legal help. I was blown away. I was told to pay upfront for my bankruptcy I did then I had hard time getting in contact with the attorney for months. I kept call ing etc. I was told it was because of the attorney's family emergency her father was ill. This became the cause every time especially when i asked for the last thing a statement of charges it was oh well im leaving for day dads sick but somehow i did receive them that day. I am a very compassionate person I was filing BK because my 14 year old son was shot in the head and died in 2017. I completely understand family emergency however if i am paying for a service at some point there has to be a response etc. 3 months into the BK I lost my vehicle even though I was told my chapter 13 was in the system I never got a court date. Went to a different lawyer was told the attorney missed the court date and then never filled the schedules for the 13. Now I am carless and tried to go to a dealership to get a car was told no because BK is on my credit for 7 years even though I never truly filled. SO DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. I had to beg for a statement of charges because I was told I couldnt' get my money back. I am being penalized for BK for the next 7 years for 1 month of BK protection so I do NOT recommend this law firm as that wasn't explained to me either.
