Unfortunately and fortunately, I’ve had to work with Greathouse Trial Law two times. The first time went very well. I was kept informed on the entire process. So when this accident happened, I called them at the scene of the incident. However, the second time wasn’t so perfect. I was having to chase down my case manager to get information. They returned calls and would update me, but I had to reach out first. Then one day, my case manager changed and it was back to being kept in the loop. I would get regular updates and follow-ups. Juan took over and helped to get everything resolved and made sure I understood the process. To put it plainly, if I get into an accident, I know who I’m calling- Greathouse Trial Law.
