Medical Malpractice case for my wife, process was over 3 years due to many factors. Due to the nature of injuries and length of hospitalization and continued hospitalizations around a year and a half in the hospitals and nursing homes in total. Turned out the length of time was a blessing in our case in its finality. We have learned how the health care system is lacking in so many ways and the few lawyers taking the tough cases due to costs and no guarantees of tort laws in Texas. Truely greatful of all the time that both Mr. Greening initially took and Mr Hagwood, afterwards with mediation process and how they conducted themselves even when times were the hardest. If you are blessed enough for them to take your case be greatful, process is long and hard but, the system isn't designed in my opinion for the victims. We got the best possible result within the system the government has put forward. Special thanks to Dylan and the rest of the team that had to listen and relive the 38 surgeries and double amputations of both legs due to a medication error which was a result of va echmo life support from anaphylactic shock.
