I was looking for a Living Trust attorney for about 2 months. The main issue was my parents don't speak English very well. After making a few calls near Fremont and San Jose, the cost for a Spanish speaking attorney was very expensive. I asked a few attorneys if my sister and I could translate. I was told that could be a conflict of interest. Also, if I wanted to pay for a translator, the cost would be $1000. I finally got a hold of Attorney John Greerty in Martinez.
